So Frazer if you have your dog on a leash or in a bag that would be ok? How would I know as a passenger that your dog was trained? You make a good point with your question of what to do if you don't have a car and have to take your dog to the vet. This is a problem for our Public Transport system so perhaps you could contact them and ask what you should do. Good arguments.
